It was a pleasure to work with you and I truly hope that you enjoyed my talk and found our discussions useful. The key now is to remember to implement the ideas and actions that you took away either for yourself and/or others you work with.
I didn't get to speak to you all personally, so if there are any issues or questions you would like to discuss please contact me. Also, if you enjoyed the talk and can think of other organisations who could benefit, please do pass on my details. You can reach me at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07779 646976.
On this web-page you will find some extra information on the Imposter Phenomenon, based on my own research and that of other experts in this area, the slides, a questionnaire and other useful links.
We are still at an early stage in understanding the impact of the Imposter Phenomenon, my interest is in understanding the most effective ways of managing those imposter feelings and passing on this information to others. As I mentioned, I will be starting my PhD research on this topic later this year. If you are interested in being involved in this research, or in its outcomes do get in touch.
If you would like more detail on the imposter phenomenon you can download my briefing documentBoost Self Efficacy and Banish the Imposter here, it contains some extra information as well as that which I was able to cover in our session. The document can be downloaded here.
If you would like a reminder of some of the issues we discussed in our recent session, the video below is an extract of a similar talk I gave at Cambridge University Judge Business School.
Finally, do have a browse around the rest of my website if you would like to know more about me and what I do. If you would like to keep in touch, then you can connect with me on LinkedIn, Twitter or sign up to receive my occasional newsletter on my home page .
