Confidence: A conversation with Estelle Levin-Nally

I’m aways interested to hear people’s stories about confidence – where it comes from and how it grows or withers.  I have a particular interest in female entrepreneurs and businesswomen, so I was very pleased when Estelle Levin-Nally agreed to the filming of the two of us in conversation.  Estelle is the founder of the successful social venture  Levin Sources, which helps companies and governments improve integrity, sustainability and performance in the mining industry.  Estelle has a fascinating take on the nature and sources of confidence as well as the relationship between confidence and gender.  Watch the film
