It was a pleasure to speak to you on 9th July at the Cambridge Network peer learning forum hosted by Astra Zeneca, and I truly hope that you enjoyed my talk and found our discussions useful. The key now is to remember to implement the ideas and actions that you took away either for yourself and/or your team.
I didn't get to speak to you all personally, so if there are any issues or questions you would like to discuss please contact me.
On this webpage you will find some extra information on the imposter syndrome (really a phenomenon) which is based on my own research and that of other experts, and some extra useful links, plus suggestions for TED talks and further reading.
We are still at an early stage in understanding the impact of the Imposter Phenomenon, my interest is in understanding the impact the imposter feelings have in the workplace and the most effective ways of managing them. If you are interested in being involved in this research, or in its outcomes do get in touch or sign up to receive my newsletter.
Also, here's a link to the most recent research on IP in the workplace by TotalJobs, in collaboration with yours truly and my PhD supervisor Dr Terri Simpkin: TotalJobs Survey.
