The Imposter Syndrome & Resilience

It was a pleasure to speak to you at the Arthur Rank Hospice and I hope that you found our discussions useful. If there are any issues or questions you would like to discuss please do get in touch. You can download the slides from the day here: Imposter Phenomenon Slides and some Tips for Saying No

You can reach me at kate@kateatkin.com or 07779 646976.

On this webpage you will find some extra information based on my own research and that of other experts relating to the Imposter Phenomenon and in addition there's information below on resilience and burnout.

We are still at an early stage in understanding the impact of the Imposter Phenomenon, my interest is in understanding the most effective ways of managing those imposter feelings and passing on this information to others. As I mentioned, I am now 18 months into my PhD research on this topic, so still early days. If you are interested in keeping up to date with my research findings and musings, do sign up to receive my newsletter.

Also, here's a link to the most recent research on IP in the workplace by TotalJobs, in collaboration with yours truly and my PhD supervisor Dr Terri Simpkin: TotalJobs Survey.
