Eastern Registrars Training Action Group

Dear Kate, Many thanks once again for the session you ran for us at the ERTAG Spring Conference, and apologies that it has taken me this long to go through the feedback from the group.  Your session was really well received and many of the group commented on how valuable the workshop was to them and how it would impact on their future practice in the workplace.  People found it fun and appreciated the interactive nature, and felt that they had gained skills in managing change plus a greater awareness of how colleagues may be feeling at this time, and importantly, the impact of their attitudes and actions on others.  The self-confidence tips were also valued.
